How do I create an account?

Go to paxpay.org, choose Sign Up, and follow the prompts. If your school or organization invites you, use their link or QR code.

I forgot my password—what now?

Use "Forgot password" on the login screen. Check your email (and spam) for the reset link.

Do I need to verify my email or phone?

Yes. Verification helps secure your account and enables reward redemptions and event check-ins.

Rewards & Peace Points

How do I earn Peace Points?

Complete lessons, pass quick checks for understanding, and participate in verified volunteer events.

How do I redeem a reward?

Open the reward in the app/site, tap "Redeem," and show the QR or code at the participating business. Redemptions are tracked in your history.

My code didn't work—what should I do?

Ask the cashier to try again; if it still fails, note the store, time, and reward, then contact us at thepeacepass@gmail.com.

Volunteering & Events

How do QR check-ins work?

Event staff show a QR code. Scan it in-app or from your account page to log attendance and hours.

Can I bring friends to volunteer?

Yes—some events allow guests. Check the event details for limits and required waivers.

When do Peace Points post?

Usually within minutes of a verified check-in; during high-traffic events, allow up to 24 hours.
